Privacy policy
What the app processes
Fastest Screenshot Cleaner reads the screenshots in your Photos library to count them, measure them, read the text on them for grouping, and compare them for duplicates. All of this happens on your device. The app stores only small summaries: the latest scan count and size, for the widget, and your keep decisions for duplicate groups.
The app has no account and collects no personal information of its own.
Photos access
The app asks for Photos access to find screenshots and to delete the ones you choose. Deletion is performed by the system Photos framework after its own confirmation, and deleted screenshots go to the Recently Deleted album for thirty days. Limited access is supported; the app then sees only the items you selected.
To measure a screenshot that is stored only in iCloud, Photos may download it. That traffic is between your device and Apple.
Ads
The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob: a full-screen ad when the app opens and a rewarded video before each delete. AdMob may collect the device's advertising identifier, approximate location from the IP address and usage signals to serve and measure ads, under Google's privacy policy. The app does not ask for permission to track you across other apps and does not add anything to what AdMob collects.
Network
The app's own code makes no network requests. Screenshots, thumbnails and recognised text never leave the device. The ad SDK is the only component that communicates over the network.
Background refresh
About once a day, iOS may let the app rescan in the background to refresh the widget's count and size. The background task never deletes anything and does nothing without Photos access.
Sharing
Fastest Screenshot Cleaner does not sell or share personal information beyond the AdMob activity described above. Information may be disclosed where the law requires it.
Your control
Change or revoke Photos access in Settings. Restore a deleted screenshot from Recently Deleted within thirty days. Delete the app to remove its stored summaries.
